From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the lobby was beautifully maintained, creating a great first impression. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service, particularly from Carol and Lakshmi. they both went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast was a wide spread of various cuisines. It exceeded our expectations and the taste was also pretty good. The stay was also cozy and the staff were very cordial. They helped us in a quick check-in process.

I am a regular at this place. Good VFM. Room is very spacious and it’s a luxury in Mumbai for the tariff you pay. I will stay here again for sure. Rubeya is an amazing staff and she is efficient and professional. She is able to do multi tasking effectively. Another good attraction is a Kerala hotel nearby. They serve authentic Kerala food and tasty as well. There are many fruits and tender coconut vendors and several food joints as well.

Best stay in one of Mahakali Hotel ginger. staff is the plus point always smiling and very helpful. they even help you in booking cab if required. thanks to Carol and Subin in reception they are doing great job and Tanisha in Restaurant. Thanks so much guys.
