I am a regular at this place. Good VFM. Room is very spacious and it’s a luxury in Mumbai for the tariff you pay. I will stay here again for sure. Rubeya is an amazing staff and she is efficient and professional. She is able to do multi tasking effectively. Another good attraction is a Kerala hotel nearby. They serve authentic Kerala food and tasty as well. There are many fruits and tender coconut vendors and several food joints as well.

Reception, Room, GHK were very good. Sushmita at the reception really showed care and concern. Attentive and Caring, In GHK Poonam from GHK Staff checked regularly for requirements if any. Overall Security guards at the entrance carried a smile. All this makes the stay more comfortable. Thank you to each one of you.

"Friendly and personal service Thanks to Swapnil and Subin from front office and The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

I hadn't had anything so cant tell about food etc. But i asked for Sugar free and same was not provided as they don't provide sugar free. Rest hotel is ok.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing from frontdesk..... Subin ,Chetali and Swapnil . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Location & cleanliness in comparison to other Ginger Hotels. Lady at reception is very helpful as we reached early morning & are very tired.
